Sanjay Tikoo is the Manager Planning for Awal Gulf Manufacturing, a very critical role that he holds since 2002. An expert in planning modules of Ln ERP, he bring in incremental value and overall improvement in the planning process for the company. During his tenure at Awal Gulf Manufacturing he implemented the OTIF and Integrated Planning concept. He also led the implementation of the RRS (Runners, Repeaters and strangers) analysis, a tool that helped decide where improvement process is needed in the overall materials planning. These process improvement had helped realize incremental cost benefit for the company.

Prior to Awal Gulf Manufacturing he started his professional journey in India with GNA Axles Ltd in 1992 as a Trainee Engineer before moving to Indo Kopp Ltd in 1995. Over the period of time he had incremental responsibilities in managing the operations within these companies.

A mechanical engineer by profession, Sanjay is awarded the Level 3 award in Leadership and Management by the City and Guilds of London Institute.
