Duaa Salman is the administration backbone of Awal Gulf Manufacturing. She joined the company in Jan 2019 as Senior Manager for HR, Legal and Administration. Throughout the past year she has made transformational changes within the company by introducing new structure to all legal, HR, and administrative affairs. Over the course of her career Duaa has devoted substantial attention to counselling on every aspect of employment law.

Prior to Awal Gulf Manufacturing, she had extensively worked on both the client side and in the reputable law firm Rashid A.R. Ebrahim immediately after her graduation in 2004. She dealt with a variety of matters including employee / employer relationship, compliance with employment law regulations and assisting with appropriate employment policies and procedures.

Duaa is a licensed lawyer from the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs; she holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bahrain
