Adhere to safety standards in the field and at customer locations as well as Office premises at all times. Protect fellow employees and customers by providing a safe and clean workshop environment, follow all safety rules. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and trainings. Request & enroll for Training in-house and on-site training for both Theory, on hands & communication & skills improvement.
Develop Product solutions by studying information needs; conferring with customers; studying technical catalogues, data services, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the product development circulars, etc.
Maintain vehicle by following policies and procedures, completing proper documentation and completing by complying with service schedules.
Load and unload vehicles with equipment from customer location to service depot, safe keeping company property & customer property, safely drive to and from service depot / service office to customer location & on field calls within the Country.
May perform other duties from time to time as needed & decided by the Company.
EXPERIENCE: 1 – 2 Years in related industry
EDUCATION: 10th pass
SKILLS: Should be able to communicate clearly in English.
WORK HOURS: 46 Hours per week
